No way it can get any easier than this for a wonderful dessert, you can also just pop it into the freezer for about an hour instead of fridge overnight.
Hershey's Chocolate Pie:
6 Hershey bars, 16oz. Cool Whip, 9 inch chocolate pie shell.
Microwave six candy bars for one minute, stir till melted. Add 8oz. Cool Whip and mix. Pour in pie shell. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight.

I have loads of those so e-mail me at pinkmusic@sbcglobal.net.
For a start how about simple peanut butter cookies. I cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar and 1 egg. Mix together and roll into balls. Place on a cookie sheet and flatten each with fork. Bake at about 350 for around 10 minutes or until set.
Rice Pilaf
Cook your rice with broth instead of water. Then add things like green onion, mushrooms, etc when done. Yummy

Chicken Ritz Recipe
I love this recipe because it's so easy to throw together and takes no time to serve. It's a half hour in the oven and it's ready. It can be prepared a day ahead of time for those busy people, just keep it refrigerated. It's served best with cranberry sauce to the side or just spread on top of it after its cooked..it's yummy!!
2 lbs boneless chicken breasts (as much as you'd like to prepare)
1/2 cup butter, melted (I use one stick for about 4 chicken breasts)
2 packages of ground-up Ritz crackers
4 servings
1. Cut off all unecessary fat from chicken breasts.
2. If breasts are thick, cut in half so you butterfly them.
3. Pound down with a mallet so they're not too thick, but not paper thin either.
4. Dip the breasts in your melted butter, both sides.
5. Dip the buttery breasts into the ritz cracker crumbs, on both sides and press firmly so the crumbs really stick to it.
6. Place on a cookie sheet in oven set at 350* for 15 minutes on both sides.

Sweet German Chocolate Pie:
You only need Bakers German Chocolate, Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar. Very simple directions. Great for Christmas dessert - and no baking, either.

tater tot casserole. 9x13 pan; 350 oven:
layer first 1 lb ground beef, cooked, then 1 can french cut green beans, then 1 can cream mush soup, then 1 can cream chicken soup, then tater tots, bake about an hour till tots are nice and crispy. Sounds disgusting, but very tasty!

homemade hamburger helper quick and easy.
Boil your hamburger meat, drain it, put in one can of cream of mushroom, one can of cream of chicken, (or whateverof those of your choice) ( also amount depends on the amount your trying to fix and if you want it thick or not) then put in egg noodles and stir thoroughly. put on low temp and stir occasionally until noodles are done. No mess only one pan to wash. tooo koool
