There are a bunch of different recipes for Sex on the Beach.
The most common (and popular one) is:
1 oz vodka
3/4 oz peach schnapps
cranberry juice
grapefruit juice
Add vodka and peach schnapps to a highball glass. Fill with equal measures of cranberry juice and grapefruit juice, and stir.
There is also Creamy Sex on the Beach....
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1/2 oz peach schnapps
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 splash grenadine syrup
1 oz whipped cream
Pour the vodka, Malibu rum, peach schnapps, pineapple juice and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add the whipped cream, and shake vigorously until frothy. Pour into a small highball glass or equivalent, and serve.
and for the designated driver there is Safe Sex on the Beach:
3 oz cranberry juice
3 oz grapefruit juice
2 oz peach nectar
1 maraschino cherry
Pour over ice in a chilled glass and stir. Garnish with a cherry.
There are many other Sex on the Beach recipes, but these three are probably the most common.

1 1/2 oz vodka

2 oz orange juice
2 oz cranberry juice
orange slice for garnish
maraschino cherry for garnish
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into a highball glass.
Garnish with the orange slice and maraschino cherry
