Hey, It's Joe!

I can't be bothered to come to work today, even though tomorrow is the weekend. I am calling in sick, but it really is to spend time looking for another job since I know I've called in sick 6 times this year already and I am pretty sure that you are already looking for someone else to replace me.

Hey, at least I'm not Jenna! Remember how she used to call in sick at least once a month and then she really did get sick and you found a legal way to cut her hours and get her to quit, at least I'm not her!

And at least you're not like that A**hole, Jackson, the boss in the other department. He makes his employees take the time and go to a Doctor and get a note. A**hole makes them lose an entire day by hanging around a Doctors office hoping to score a note so that they don't have to go in to work that day ( Many employers now do this, it is perfectly legal).

Hey look at the bright side! If you lose your job, you won't have to be bothered to go to work tonight!

:-D

There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause sores around the mouth (herpes labialis) and on the genitals (genital herpes). Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Cold sores sometimes called fever blisters, are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red, swollen, and sore. The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks.
The herpes simplex virus usually enters the body through a break in the skin around or inside the mouth. It is usually spread when a person touches a cold sore or touches infected fluid—such as from sharing eating utensils or razors, kissing an infected person, or touching that person's saliva. A parent who has a cold sore often spreads the infection to his or her child in this way. Cold sores can also be spread to other areas of the body.

Nothing beats "Death in the Family" , done that one to great success, and there wasn't EVEN a death in the family! The best part of that one is when you get back to work , everyone is overly nice to you! lol

A good one is to say that you have been run over by an ice cream van and have severe bruising.
Who will question that?
