Depends on how much of an a$$ the cop wants to be if it's a cop that discovers you.
If it's a fellow traveller that see the hot action, you'll probably just get a honk or a smile.
Probably depends as well on the state. I'm sure laws vary from state to state.
Seems to me you could probably get a ticket for wreckless endangerment, public endangerment, whatever you state calls it. Also wreckless driving, public indecency. Not sure what else.
At any rate, what's life w/out a little adventure? :D
Personally, I love sex w/the possibility of getting caught (and have several times). It adds excitement to the scene.
I say have fun, have a great time, but pick your places and partners in an intelligent manner.
