i would require everyone to take a political science class so that everyone would understand how the govt works.

I'd like to see it become a democracy again. If you think it's one now, you don't understand how things are meant to work. An elaborate system of checks and balances between the three branches of the government (executive, legislative, and judicial) is supposed to prevent any one branch from becoming too powerful. When one power-hungry and radical party controls all three branches, we're in serious danger of totalitarianism (read George Orwell's 1984 or a history of Nazi Germany if you need a definition of totalitarianism). I wouldn't want to see the Democrats have total control either, but electing more Democrats to Congress would bring us closer to the kind of equilibrium we need to remain a free country.

Restore self-efficientty of markets, to not depend on other,s,
and protect the constitution, o and give more investigating power to the Center for Public Integrity. O and also put full Ministry accountability of their acts...so they can be impeached, but also Lawsuited, for the lies, corruption, etc...
