I would have to go with just pressing your body against his in public, or whispering something NC-17 in his ear, and I don't think any man can resist thigh high stockings. I think NASA is doing studies on that.

Show up at his house (when no one else is home) or have him come over (again, when no one else's home) and be wearing something sexy (like lingerie). If he's at work you can text him dirty messages throughout his shift- and by the time he sees you (later that night) he'll be going nuts.
