God has called many who have rejected Him, but there are some of you that will never belong to God. You are of his Adversary the Devil.

I believe your Bible says that anyone who calls on the name of the lord will be saved.

I believe that God has called everyone, but some have just never heard how He loved us enough to take ALL of the sins everyone ever committed on himself and have never been presented with the Gospel in a LOVING way. Others HAVE heard of Jesus, but are just full of sin and pride LIKE THE REST OF US and do not want or think they need a savior.

We are ALL sinners!

Jesus spent the majority of his time with the SINNERS and dispised tax collectors - not the "righteous", hyppocritical pharasees!

We are complete sinners in need of a complete savior - and God has offered his gift of love to us no matter who we are!

:)

P.S. To daisy...if you read this - I would rather live my life with the hope of eternity with God after I die than live without the comfort of having a savior who I can talk with every day... and not knowing what is after death, you might as well give heaven a chance.

On the contrare miss, you are the devil. Because it is the devil who tempted Jesus to prove who he was. Jesus denied. He did not need to p[rove anything or do anything. He knew He just was.

Now the saving of your own mind and heart is the knowing that you are. It is those who think that they have to do something or have enough faith to be close to God that need to be saved from their self righteousness.

Evil is simply our physical desire to want to prove we are good enough for God. This is what Paul referred to as the lusts of the flesh.

God does not create empty vessels. He is in every one of us. Whether we choose to believe, we are whether we like it or not.

Biblically this is shown through Jesus making belief in Him a law. And then what did He do with the law? He fulfilled it. He took the punishment for ALL sin. So then that would include the sin of unbelief. How can we sin when there is no law? We are righteous by grace and that was imputed to us. Did we have to accept Adam and Eves 'gift' of sin? No it was imputed to the whole world. Paul referes to Jesus as the second Adam, but this time imputing grace and righteousness to the world.

A story...God sent an angel to earth to see how many people he could find who were truly spiritual. The angel returned and said only 5% cared, 95% were uncaring. Not believing such a statement, He sent another angel. He, too, found human beings to be uncaring by the same percentage. So God thought He would send out an e-mail to support the caring lot. Did you get yours?

Well seeing as this God you are speaking of is supposedly in Total Control... why wouldn't you think he called me to be exactly as I am now? I mean, come on... he created the Devil, right? With full knowledge of what the Devil was going to do, right? ANd then he sticks a tree in the garden and tells his first creation not to eat, KNOWING they were going to.... why even create such things you KNOW they are going to make you mad... UNLESS!!! You want them that way.

I'm a Christian, but what you said is not true. Jesus died for all of humanity, if that's what you mean by God "calling." Therefore, everyone can potentially be saved. You are right in saying that many have rejected Him, that's true. But anyone putting faith in the ransom sacrifice can be forgiven of sins.

God has called me dear, just last week and it really freaked me out. However, the God I speak of is not your "God". And your devil is much younger than the Universe itself. So don't bother with your trying to instill fear here,
for I know the truths and can't be shaken by your lies!
Blessed Be....

If I'm to be with the sinners or the saints for all of eternity ... I pick the sinners :

...

They say there's a Heaven for those who will wait
Some say it's better but I say it ain't
I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints
The Sinners are much more fun...

You know that only the good die young
Oh woah baby
I tell ya
Only the good die young

um... is this a question? I have never thought that. i don't believe in the devil. the evil in our world ocmes from us, and we can't blame it on a red guy with horns. You, simply by believe yourself superior to others, are part of that problem.

as for being called... I have been called. i have been called by those i love, and by an inner need for truth, to my unitarian universalist church. I have found spiritual peace there!

And people like you are the ones who make a bad name for your fellow Christians. Who would want to be spoonfed all of this?

You believe what you want. Now go talk to someone who cares.

It's okay everyone, she'll be a mormon next week.
