There's a formula. If you're 17 and get a ticket...watch out.

If you're 60 and this is your first since the Eisenhower administration and you've been with the same company since, you're okay.

Depends on you company and policy. Mine has a first time forgiveness clause. But after the second one they surcharge.

it all depend on the insurance company shop around and ask key question. in some states you can take a driving improvement class and it will be erased from you driving record.

It is your responsibility to inform your Insurance Company of ANY fact that might effect your premium. I would inform them but it is highly unlikely, and the chances are as slim as 1% that it will effect your cost.................

depends on the carrier because your company will randomly pull your MVR to confirm whats listed and usually its about 30 days before your renewal offer is set. Plus you have to factor how soon the court notifies DMV and DMV to list it on your MVR.

Most insurance companies will run your driving report when your policy comes due, and will know whether or not you tell them.

you can go to traffic school and get that wiped off your record. i recommend doing traffic school over the internet. its the easiest thing in the world. but if you dont they yes they will increase your premium. unless you have allstate where they have that forgiveness thing and wont add it
