~first off...thats not very healthy....
~second...you could try not eating anything real fatty...like no ice cream, cookies, cake ect.
~run...(ex. 1 1/2 a day)
~Do at least like 500 sit ups a day...
~Drink lots of water...

You don't! Any type of weight loss should be gradual or the weight will come back with a venegance and bring additional pounds with it. Talk to your doctor or nutritionist. Either could put you on a diet that will work for you. Even one with a "Quickstart" where you can lose more than the regular number of pounds for a week. If you starve yourself you will only make your metabolism slow down and digest the calories more slowing, thus obstructing your goal.

Drink plenty of water, and eat fruit!!! I went on a healthy eating diet before, and I lost ten pounds in one week, because I drank plenty of water, ate only fruit and did plenty of excersise. Even walking the dog helped me, and going for a jog in the morning really helped. As long as you stay clear of the fatty foods such as chocolate, crisps, and fizzy drinks, you will feel no better in no time. Make sure you do the excerise tip, you feel alot better once you have gone for a jog in the morning aswell!

Like mentioned above cut all sugars and carbs. Drinks a lot of water, nothing else just water. If you're a member of a gym I suggest you be there running your butt off, don't lift weight since muscle weights more then fat. And yes eat right, eat at least 3 meals per day and include lots of protein. Keep me up to date, good luck.

Cabbage soup diet, 12-14 lbs in 7 days, if one firmly sticks to it.
It's created for quick loss prior to surgery. Pretty much a 'cleansing'. Gotta love cabbage, which I do!

well you could cut down on your calories and work out. i lost like 2 pounds in a day because i workedout in the morning and afternoon and cut back on my calories.

Cut out all sugar & carbs. Only do this for a short time because it'll make you sick if you do it too long.
