I would have to say Sprint PCS. My worst experience so far was when they shut off our service. I payed over the phone like I always do. 4 days later they sent a text message saying that I needed to send in my payment or my service would be interrupted. I called CS and they told me not to worry about it, it was sent by mistake. 2 days after that, I recieved a call from them saying I needed to pay my bill within the next 24 hours or my service would interrupted. I again called CS and they said not to worry about it, my payment was showing on the computer. The following week, I recieved a letter. For the third time, I was told it was sent by mistake and to ignore it. 3 days later, I tried to call my husband and my service had been shut off. It took 5 people and 3 hours to get it all straightened out. The first person was an idiot and kept telling me my bill was due even after I gave him my confirmation number. I asked to speak with someone else. He transferred me to someone who spoke even worse English that voluntarily transferred me to another person. The third person wasn't in the billing department, so she couldn't help me. By the time the fourth person came on the line I was extremely irritated. Finally, I got to talk to a supervisor who fixed the problem in less than five minutes. It was all because when I called to do the payment, The recording stated one amount, which I paid, but since it was a day late, there was actually a 5 dollar late fee. Then to make matters worse, 3 days later I again recieved a text and a phone call regarding my 'past due' amount. Every time I have ever had to call CS I have had a similiar experience.

Wal-mart definitely has the worst customer service. Not only are their stores way too huge, you can never find what you want. If you go look for someone to help you, you're lucky if you can find someone. If you do find someone, they have to page someone else. Then you stand there for 15 minutes waiting. Finally, you say "screw this!" and leave!!

DELL computers. It's true that you can call them at anytime of the day, but if you call them anywhere from 4:30 pm to 8:00 am you are just put on hold and will never speak to anyone. If you call them during regular hours and finally get ahold of someone that person is usually from another country where English is not their first language.

The JC Penney credit card division. They outsource their calls to a call center in India, and the people barely speak English. Honestly, I have an easier time understanding my 12 month old baby who just babbles mostly.

PNC BANK!!
They bend over backwards to be polite to their rich customers. But those with next to nothing in an account don't get anything but insults and rude remarks from the CSR's.
You are better off to hide your money in a bag of dog crap than to put it in that friggin' bank!

Hands down, HOME DEPOT. I can never get anyone to help me there. They will look you in the eyes, and just walk on by. I have noticed, if my husband is with me, they will help us. When I am alone, forget it. T-Mobile is also very bad. It usually takes several calls, and what seems like hours on hold to solve the simplest problem.

I think the worst for an in person company is Home Depot. Its impossible to find someone to help you and when you do they never know how to help and always say theyll get someone to help and never do.
