Be careful. There are a lot of preachers writing books for the money, not the spiritual enlightenment of the readers. A good classic is "The Power of Prayer" by E. M. Bounds,

Not sure what your spiritual background is but I recommend all of Joyce Meyers books (and I mean all!), Joel Osteen wrote a book on purpose that was awesome and I also enjoy the author Max Lucado, he wrote a couple of books that have helped me spiritually also.

Awakening The Third Eye, by Samuel Sagan.
Can't find anything better for spiritual development. Learn to have your own perception, see for yourself, know for yourself. A very practical book, with no bullshit.

The Fruit of the Spirit (Becoming the person God wants you to be) By Thomas E Trask & Wayde I. Goodall
Unbound: A practical Guide to Deliverance by Neal Lozano
these are all good books.... i read them all... but i didnt finish read the fruit of the spirit but i read parts of it and it helps u to live life so wont make mistake and sin....but it will help u...
Unbound book: do you find yourself struggling with the same sin area time after time? do you feel hopeless in finding freedom, despite you best efforts? unbound will help you acknowledge and close the doors you may have opened to evil influence and satans underhanded strategies. by tapping into the potent power of the gospel, you can foil satan's plans for your life and live the abundant, glorious life God has in mind.. ( I havent read this book yet... i just recently brought it couple week ago... since i have it out im gonna read it now...
so i would say that the most that will help u with your spirtiual development would be the fruit of the spirit and unbound....
Good luck
