There are several things that could have caused your problem. You need to change your haircolor, if you color your hair. Try Garnier Nutrisse. Also, try Loreal's Nature's Therapy for washing, conditioning and treating your hair. Also, look into a Queen Helene or any brand hair treatment that contains Mayo, eggs and olive oil. Treat your hair once a week with this product.

Wash with Shampoo, Rinse with a Deep Conditioner, Put a Quarter size of Joico Straight Edge throughout hair and Blow dry straight. Been there, done that. See my Avatar. That is when I am too lazy to straighten. =D
Good Luck.

Use a hot oil treatment and always use tons of conditioner!! Don't completely wash off your conditioner either...make sure there is a little bit left and that will help keep it strong and healthy looking and protect it from further damage. When you style your hair use a ceramic hot iron and that will make it look healthy, silky, soft and stick straight like you just had it done professionally!

there is a product by MichaelO'Rourke called
"Straight and Sexy Hair". It is fantastic! There is another product called "Straight Shot - kill the kink" by Beyond the Zone. It is a straightening balm. Great results!
You can even straighten it with a Flat Iron and this will make it real manageable.
Good Luck!

Use a Leave-in conditioner; I like the one Neutrogena (I think I spelled that wrong) has. If you straighten your hair straighten it after you haven't washed it for a few days because then it won't damage your hair as much and your hair will stay straight longer. Hope this helps.

depends on your hair texture. try blow drying with a comb attachment or a hot comb if you have coarser hair. use a staightening serum or balm. dont get it wet afterwrds, these are temporary. if you want a more permanent look try a relaxer and use a frizz balm or oil treatment.
