In case you both have perfect tuning, age difference does not matter. Why donot you propose indirectly in a tactful manner.

See if she actually likes you first!
Women sort of look for older guys, but just convince her of your good qualities and such. Be yourself, make her laugh as much as possible (with you, of course, not at you) and just remember that "age is nothing but a number".

well take her on a date say as just friends or maybe take her to get some drinks all you can really do is talk to her!and it depends on how long she has been divorced or maybe she doesn't want a relationship right now so just be friends for awhile
