I have one one main form, and three subforms.
I want to make a checkbox, command button or toggle button to allow me to open each one separately when needed (i.e one for subform 1, another for subform2 and a third for subform3).
I tried the form wizard, to make the subforms together with the main form but it only allows me to make one sub form.

Though you can make 3 subforms MANUALLY, you should make some coding to make them ALIGN with the main form (link them together), which is complex. That's why wizard recommends 1 subform.

In my own experience with MS Access, I seldom use more than 1 subform, which makes my program/s not complicated.

What I can recommend is have a way to open another form, then place there 2nd and 3rd subforms (now, becomes 1 main & 1 subform; link them together via IDs)...

Why don't you create tabs, and place subforms on tab pages.
That way you can switch between subforms by cliking on respective tab.
