Sounds to me like you aren't comfortable about yourself yet, and respect yourself and listen to your own heart.
Have you decided in your heart, your plan for your life. Do you want this guy? Do you want to flounder around and get laid because 'he' wants to? Sorry for being so blunt, but that is what is eventually going to happen to you.
One day, bam....and you will be hurt perhaps...and make excuses like...well it was time, I was ready, he was ready, he's sweet and well he waited long enough.....
No one's fault but your own. Men and women are naturally really attracted to one another, and get really excited. Nothing wrong with that. But that is where it stops..... You need to know what you expect from all relationships from now on....really
!00% of your life is your responsiblity. If you are lonely and looking for attention and think this guy and sex are it, you are no thinking straight.
Sit, and ponder your life. Pull out a journal, and figure out what you want out of this one life time.....you are young.....but we do age....so

Take it slow as you want, babe! But talk with him openly and honestly about what you want and what you don't want. You're doing the right thing right now -- to get information so you can make up your mind what you want beforehand.
You must like him a lot, since you want to be with him this way -- IF he really likes you, he will treat you with respect, and respect your decisions about your body and what you want to do with it. IF he does not want to respect your limits, then he is not respecting YOU -- this means he doesn't really like/love you as much as it seems. This is a danger sign, and if this happens you might need to find someone with your best interests at heart (even if it hurts to leave)!
p.s. After you set your own limits, don't be afraid to reach out to him and show him what you DO want to do. And don't be afraid to talk through the confusion, etc, regarding what you want and don't want... this kind of talking goes on all your life. In relationships and even after you're married, the details of what you want and when and where are always up to you and aren't always identical to your partner's ideas. Unless you talk about it.

First, be kind but don't let him touch your vagina! Second, you don't touch his penis either. well you have to mack sure that he really love you dont do it for him or any one beside your self if you think that you are ready then mack sure i thought i was ready dut when we done it he broke my heart so tack care in mack sure you do the right thing
