Torture them psychologically until they went insane or killed themselves.

Nice that crime pays...I am happy for your $10k a week...It seems to me that you are placing more value on the money you may/might have lost during the 5 years you were away than on the friendship you had before going away. You are a criminal...do what criminals do...seek revenge...know this though...Society frowns on your activities and that's why you went away...you will be caught regardless of your actions and go away again...I know as a criminal you don't care about that because "punishment" is minimal when compared to the gains of CRIME...Still wouldn't you rather have your freedom and not have to look over your shoulder for your supplier when you're caught skimming...or the Cops beating down your door on a weekly basis just to check what you're up to? PEACE...

I would hope that after 5 years that you would have realized your mistake and taken responsibility for your actions that landed you in jail.

while the friend helped get you put in jail, It was your choice of actions that got you there.

I would hope that you would forgive the person and get on with your life........hopefully not making the same mistakes.

Way too many people are sitting in prisons right now still blaming society, their childhood, etc. when in reality they should be taking responsibility for their own actions. While society etc, is an influence, ultimatiely you chose your own actions and thus consequences.

Didn't you learn anything? Crime is wrong! You should become a good person, leave your past behind you and move on with your life. Your friend did you a favor by hopefully saving you from a life of crime. Straighten up!

I would not bother getting them back. Even if they ratted you out, you still did the crime, thus you must do the time. Besides, revenge never really helps in the end anyway. Probably would end you in jail again. Just chill about it and let it go.

Nothing, you did the crime and you do the time. Thats the chance you take if your gonna do crime. No sympathy here pal. When I was young I dated a guy like you and he said "if I get caught its my fault, if those people rat me out its my fault for telling them my business" Suck it up princess.

Why do anything at all? If you did something worthy of going to jail, accept responsibility for it. You've aleady done the time...move on with your life and try to stay out of trouble.

You should learn from your mistake. You obviously did something to get you put in jail. If you get your friend back, you risk the possiblity of returning to jail. As I said, learn from your mistake and don't break the law again.

I hope I would have learned my lesson and realized that crime doesn't pay, and maybe I deserved it. Then I would forgive the friend.

Well, if you had done something wrong it would have been the right thing for your friend to do. No one should go unpunished for a crime they commit.
