A lot of people think that they can't control their feelings, but actually feelings are pretty predictable. If you want to stop liking someone you like very much (an unhealthy relationship, for example). Just cut off contact and turn your attention, energy, time, and money in another direction. That doesn't mean you have to find a new boyfriend/girlfriend. It could mean you work to improve your relationship with a good friend or your mom or dad or even that you throw some passion into a sport or new hobby. The old relationship, like a plant that you neglect to feed and water, will eventually dry up and die. Is it easy? It takes time and commitment, especially if you are really invested in the person.
On the other side, what if you want to start liking someone where the feelings have started to fade? (as in a troubled marriage, for example) The same principle works in reverse. Devote your time, energy, money, and passion to that relationship, and your feelings will follow. As a side benefit, when you shower someone with appropriate love, attention, and infection, often they are drawn to respond back with more of the same.

"that which you love you can also hate, and vice-versa
to everything else you are undifferent
...love and hate together can be far more powerful than one or the other...if you don't understand what i mean...then i doubt you have ever had one of those ultra-complicated break-ups
they suck years afterwards"
