no as a Muslim i would have to say no. Jesus tried to teach people to worship god. Christians believe that Jesus died for all their sins so they could enter heaven. they state that he volunteered to be mudered which is quite funny considering he says in the bible "my god my god why have your forsaken me" seems like chrisitans got everything backwards to me and need to stop saying it is for jesus the reasons they slaughter people in cold blood

This has nothing to do with the question, per se, but is a response to an earlier answer.
1. Why would you think Jesus' existence could not / has not been proven? Even if we take the Bible out of the equation, there is ample proof of his existence from other sources. Extrabibilical literature such as the writing of Josephus, Tacitus, Pliny the Younger, Thallus (quoted by Julius Africanus), as well as the Jewish Talmud, all reference Jesus. None of these are "Christian" documents intending on promoting Jesus. Rather, they are historical documentation attesting to the fact of Jesus' existence.
2. Why would the teachings of a non-Christian group (Gnostics), written much later than the Gospels, cast doubt upon Jesus' teaching? That would be like saying that someone who writes about you or me 100 years from now has a better understanding of what we taught than those who heard us in person and wrote down our teachings.

Long after the death of Jesus, the 'Catholic' church was created within a corrupt society. During the years that followed, there were wars and crusades, fought for the purpose of territorial rights against the Muslims. War is never caused by love or tolerance, it is caused by greed, wealth and power.
Whether or not you believe Jesus to be a deity, there is nothing in history which would indicate he was a warmonger. He "turned the other cheek", was a story-teller,a teacher, a shepherd, a fisherman : Jesus lived the life of a 'poor' man who taught peace through tolerance.

Christians are technically responsible for all deaths caused by Christianity.

Not directly! He is an excuse for all the negatives and positive efects of christianity.
Fist of all there is no hard core proof of his existence.
Secondly, if he was a real person, we don't know what his real teachings were. Especially because of the documents found written by the Gnostics censored by the catholic church.
The blame rests on institutions that have modified teachings of a liberal, socialist and mystic Jew, into a world scale religion.

You attempt to apply human terms to a devine realm where it does not apply.

Jesus provides men with a means of salvation through Justification and Sanctification, but he also gives men "free will". Man can chose to accept God's gifts or turn away.

Death is a natural process of living and a means to salvation for those who have accepted Him.

Untimely or criminal deaths are due to the will of men.

Arguement and death aren't caused by Christianity they are caused by lack of understanding, intolerance, and failure to reach a consensus of belief systems. So long as there are different religious sects there will be death. People are too stupid to realize that fighting over beliefs is like fighting over air. PEACE!
