Well first I would hit his ball right back at from from where it landed and I would not yell fore. Then I would leave the flag out of the hole on the green. If he said anything then attempt to run him over with the cart( but make sure you have a club in hand so if you miss with the cart you can hit him with the club on th way by).

That happened to me last week. It missed me by about three feet and went ahead of me about 30 yards. I just played it as if it were mine.
If I was in a foursome, I'd hit the ball back toward the tee box, but with just my stepson with me, I don't think I'm prepared to take on a bunch of drunks.
On our municipal course, I've had several balls slice toward me on another fairway. If "fore" isn't yelled, the ball general gets run over and buried in the fairway.

You hit there ball back to themwhen it comes up on you. Done it many times.

What you do is when they hit there ball and they dont say "fore!!!"....you get there ball, tee it up, and hit it back at themm....always works for me...
