Bulimia clinics/ treatment?

Are there any free or reduced cost clinics or treatment centers? I would call the hotlines but I have a very dificult time talking on the phone (can't explain). I know that there will be support groups at my college next fall but I'm not sure I can wait that long. Can someone help?
