Honestly, if Syria and Iran are found to have a part in all of this or if they get more involved, do you think there will be a World War? Those extremists are ruling those countries...the good people do not have a say.

Actually the setting was established for the ww3 when Israel became a state and was settled by the Jewish people.. It has been intensifying ever since. Most people over the age of 30 are aware of this status in the world and know there is strife galore in the mideast.. actually has been for millenia. That was brought to the US in the 80's... in (guess where) Lebanon. The revenge that is being taught to all students, includes the death of all infidels. Unless they convert to Islam. It has been going on since the time of the Crusades and is only progressively intensifying, in the past 40 years. Until the present, when it has turned out to be a powder keg.... ready to blow.

Oddly, there continue to be people in this country who keep their head buried in the sand and don't recognize the dangers around them. It has nothing to do with the present administration. Anyone thinking otherwise is ill informed.

I think that Iran, Syria and N. Korea are tag teaming to keep everyone off balance. China and Russia are tacitly supporting them by blocking U.N. resolutions and not exerting the infulence that they could to put an end to some of these events.

We are already in WWIII. It started with the downing of the World Trade Center. It is just not the same type of war as I or II.

I don't think it will go that far. Sure middle east might get embroiled in a big war but i think the western countries, China and Russia won't let that happen. They have invested to much in those countries to just sit back and watch it all crumble

Bocaboy, I share your concern...its crazy over there now in the mideast. I don't think it will lead to world war but the cycle never ends ... Iran and Syria will ever be agitators.

Ever hear of 9/11? Did anybody listen to Bush's speeches about the Axis of Evil? We've been in WW3 for a while now. Most people are just to ignorant to recognise it.

Honestly, I do not believe the Mid East happening could lead to WW III. But, one four letter nation, now not in the list, can start WW III !
