why do all the women i know say they wont date me because im to good to be true because im good looking and dress nice ? they say i cant be good looking and both nice they automaticly stereo type me as being a jerk since im a prep..

What the heck is wrong with you people about being a jerk just so you could get the girl?! Omg, the guys who have said this make me sick.
Not all women say that. :-)
Look, they're just saying this to you because they ACTUALLY feel you're too good to be true. Society has been corrupted this days, and there's not alot of nice guys around.
They think you're only putting up the "nice act" so you could get them in bed later. If you really are a nice guy, then DONT CHANGE! Do you know how many girls are looking for a guy like that?
Guys who only use girls will have no one in the end, but if you stick to being yourself, you will find a meaningful person. :-)

Because women are ridiculous. We'll all swear up and down we just want a good looking man, with a great heart, and would never hurt us.. But the truth is, we need pain to appreciate the good. We need a little naughtiness, a little bad boy.
My suggestion: Play hard to get. (Yes, men need to play too.) You don't need a woman to make your life complete, so why give them the one up. Ignore them a bit, tell them you will call them the next day, but wait three.. Everyone always says they don't want the games, but we all have to play them.. It's part of dating.
Now get out there and tell a girl she's not good enough for you. And damn, Have some fun!

Maybe they say that because they have been in a bad relationship were they thought the guy was nice and good looking and it ened badly for them. Maybe there scared it will happen again and then they stereo type all men like that.

well... usually when something is to good to be true its a lie.From a womans point of view i can kinda understand where they are coming from.They probaly think that you really arent the way you present your self and if they get in a relationship your true colors will show and they wont like it.And usually guys that are good looking are so full of themselves its coming out there ears.So my answer to you is dont change the world needs more people like you.Your good looking and nice there are women out there that will like that in a man and be honored to go out with you.The right woman has not come along yet you will know when you find her just hangg in there and be patient thats why they save the best for last

Sorry but sometimes it is hard for us girls to trust someone who looks really good and seems to have it all....perhaps if you show that you are in fact slightly flawed (i.e. video game aholic, can't do laundry, show up late a lot, etc) the girls will begin to see you as a dating prospect.
I know that it sounds silly, but I didn't date a REALLY hot guy friend because he seemed too good to be true...then when he got a new girl and kept asking me for love advice, I have to admit that i wanted him more. Sometimes women need the threat of competition too!

i don't know... have you done anything to insult them. if you say you are a prep... do you hang out with only your prep friends, then ask her out even though you never pay attention to her. try being nice and show her how kind and good looking you are before you ask them out.

maybe you are dealin with a bunch of chicken heads! perhaps they truly aren't ready for the real man you are. they are so used to getting dogged and dealing with a certain type of man, that when you come along, its like WHOA, you can't possibly exist...but you DO! so i hope that you come across one who aint scared of a good man.
