Yes, which makes me wonder how some 'christians' who preach hatred, bigotry, discrimination and therefore violence against gay and lesbian people are going to get in. They aren't. Their actions are directly contrary to Jesus' teachings.

Why not try peace, tolerance, love and understanding for a change? WWJD?

Well being spiritual has less to do with who is believing in the correct and only true god so I would say that it is more important to be kind, honest and humanitarian than to be concerned with what a very old book says that was written in an ancient language and that we still find more parts to like the dead sea scrolls and that was written over many hundreds of years by many people. I suggest that being spiritual means being accepting of all people and their beliefs so lkong as they do not hurt others.

Yes, no one may enter without Christ, there is even a verse about doing great & mighty things in Christ's name, but if you have not accepted Him as your saviour, He will say-Depart from me, I never knew you. You must accept that you are a sinner, that Jesus Christ died for your sins as a perfect sacrifice, and that He rose again on the third day. When you accept that those things are true, you must ask Him to come into your heart and save you from Hell, repent and ask forgiveness for your sins. He is just to forgive.

He may/might have said that, but it was his kingdom here on earth and not in heaven (if there is one). Seems to me that too many Christians are loosing sight of the ultimate power GOD (if there is one). JESUS IS NOT GOD and only GOD will judge you in the end. It never ceases to amaze me how much stock is put into Jesus...the guy was a great teacher and a MAN...yeah, that's right a MAN...NOT SON OF GOD. PLACE YOUR FAITH IN GOD directly, he/she/it doesn't need an intermediary. PEACE!

That's what He said, more than just believing with your heart and claiming with your mouth. What does He say in the sermon on the mount about people who just cry "Lord, Lord" but whose hearts are far from Him?
If you love Him, you have to prove it by living His commandments and repenting.

Yeah, but he probably meant that he was the only guy in the area that was teaching the truth and the only way you were going to get there was by following his teachings. I'm pretty sure he didn't mean that the only way to get there was by worshipping him.

He didn't ask to be worshipped, remember?

the bible is full of it. no one today truly knows what jesus said. find god in your heart, not from someone else's brainwashing, that is what god wants from you.
