Definitely a suit. Go for good quality. Cheap material shows. Either pants or a skirt is fine. If wearing a skirt, make sure it is close to your knees, you legs are properly groomed and make sure your shoes are professional.

You could go w/ a ladies' suit - either a skirt or pants w/ matching jacket w/ a nice shell top underneth.

I would go for a more conservative option...something like a nice dress or pantsuit should be appropriate. don't wear something that shows of too much skin either.
