It's possible if any semen get's on or near the vaginal area. This could be possible if you or your partner get semen on your hand, and insert it into the vagina, or other possible ways. Semen needs to be on or near the vaginal opening in order for pregnancy to occur.

No and yes. Depends on what you are calling intercourse, I guess. Classically, the answer is no. But I have heard some stories on here of some risky behavior that comes extremely close to being intercourse that could still result in pregnancy.
