If you are 21, I honestly don't think you would be looking for a good place to have sex...especially one that is private or secret.
It sounds as if you are quite younger than this and don't need to be thinking about having sex.
If you are planning on having sex, then you need to be thinking about what kind of protection are you going to be using? How well does that work? What happens if it doesn't work? Are you ready to have a child? Are you ready to have to tell your parents and hers? If you don't want the child are you ready to have to deal with adoption? I hate to even use the word, but are you ready for making a decision about abortion if you say you don't want the child (I feel it's killing and that is absolutely not an option...you'll live with any of these decisions the rest of your life).
How about sexually transmitted diseases? Are you "clean" from them? How about her? How man sexual partners have you each had? Were they all "clean" too. If not, then you are not only having sex with your g/f, you are having sex with everyone you both have had sex with too.
Think this through before doing it. Think it all the way through to the end of what all can happen.

I'd just spend the money on a hotel room, maybe go out of town somewhere nearby that has some attractions. Or just find a secluded place to go park and get it done.

Most 21 year olds have a place to live? But, your best place would probably be to have sex in a hotel or a motel whichever you can afford!

Go to a secluded area of a public place(like a park), the fear of being caught will make it much better.

I suggest having sex with her in her vagina. That's the best place. Use protection though, no need to get her pregnant.
