If she feels good about her body, then go for the really revealing. But if she's a little bit shy about her body, then go for something that covers her a little more.

Something taste full and sexy, not porno looking like. Victoria's Secret has some great stuff for that. If your gf has a normal, not skinny but good looking body you can pretty much buy her any style and she will look great. If she is on the heavier side then buy her something that is still sexy but covers a little bit more.
