I don't think many penises are mentioned in the bible. Jesus was an arab and a Jew (most likely, given the area of origin, a very dark skinned arab). He would have been circumcized as was the (unfortunate) custom of the day. This is still a religious custom for Jews, though there is no medical necessity for this mutilation of a male child. It is true that on occasion the Mohel made a mistake during the bris, removing part or all of the end of the penis as well as the foreskin; if that had happened to Jesus, he might have been considered a eunuch. But actually, a eunuch retains the penis; only the testes are removed.
There is speculation that Jesus may have had sexual relations with some or all of his disciples. That wouldn't be out of keeping with Arabic custom, where many men prior to marriage have close male friends with whom they have sexual contact. That is not to say that Jesus would have categorized himself as Gay. However, it is interesting to note that by the time he died, he would have been well passed the normal age of betrothal and marriage, which may indicate that he did in fact prefer to remain single so as to extend his physical relationship with other men.
Greek and Roman traditions included Eunuchs. The only arab eunuchs would have been guardians for the harem, which obviously did not apply to Jesus.

There is no mention of his life in the bible from the ages between 12 and 32 either. Did he go to another planet? Chances are, he had an earthly life with a wife and kids, but they are conveniently unmentioned as well. I think that whole section was left out to keep the truth from us, by early religious and political leaders so that they could promote their own patriarchal agenda to suppress women and control the masses through fear.

No, Jesus was not a eunuch. A Eunuch is a man who has been castrated and nowhere in the Bible does it say that Jesus was a eunuch. He was without sin, and since he never married, he never had a sexual relationship. In typology, which is a picture of one thing that relates to the type of another, Jesus is often referred to as the Lamb of God. Only a lamb, perfect, never bred, was appropriate for sacrifice. Jesus was that lamb, perfect in all ways the only one suitable to be sacrificed for our sins.

Ther is mention of his penis, when he got circumsized.
What, you think the rabbi slipped? As a 30-year-old unmarried man is Jesus' time is rather rare.

For two-thousand years, Christians have held that Jesus was true God and true Man. Therefore I do not think anything would have happened to make him less than whole.
