Two approaches, you can scream this out in a sparsely populated area, maybe walking down the sidewalk. The irony is sheer brilliance. Or if you're looking to get a mass reaction, why not try screaming that in a crowded elevator.

On a Roller Coaster right before you take off. Just make sure you are sitting in the very front so everyone will think the puke is going to fly back and get all over them!

In a jam-packed, crowded elevator during rush hour. I mean, so cram packed that you feel like a sardine in a can. It would be especially funny if you were riding with a bunch of yuppies wearing expensive suits...hah!
