No reason not to, though creatine is usually thought to uptake better when taken with a sugar. The bananas might be just what you need.

Yes, you can mix it with your whey, but for maximum creatine absorption, you really should be drinking it with a sugar-based beverage (i.e. juice). Everything I've read on creatine says you should take it with glucose / dextrose (gatorade type of drink).
