try and get her back. me and my bf broke up 4 months ago we were together 2 yrs. and we obviously still love each other but hes my best guy friend, as much as we love each other our relationships more important. i think you should try talking to her then build up your friendship and if your both better off as a couple then ask for her back.

The best way to cure these feelings are to get out there and get on with life! You are giving away valuable energy to someone of the past, to someone not worthy of your time, or emotions causing you you more pain, sorrow and mental stress. Realize you don't need anyone, some may come and some may go and it is o.k. when both happen b/c when one door is closed another will open. Go have fun and enjoy your freedom look for the light through all the darkness. Remember what God told you when you were in the dark, that there will be light. Don't be sad see the good that will come out of this something better is waiting for you, if it were ment to be you would be but if it isn't it will never work - more and better is out there awaiting you! The escents is at ease and all is happening just the way it is supposed to be..

Well i had this situation several months ago, and it was hard as well. but i was really dperessed and all that but you do get over it after a while, just for some it may take longer than others. just dont do anything stupid that you mgiht regret..or tell your ex-girlfriend how you feel..if you still tlak to her, if not, then either tlak to someone( which is what i did), and it helps out a lot.

You will always hold a special place for her.. but it is important that you move on. Of course it will be hard.. change always is. But for the good of you, for the good of HER, you must let her go. Young Love sucks.. this is just one of many heartbreaks you may get. Each one will make you a stronger person and eventually your will find the girl that is right for you.

Give yourself time to heal. You can't get over a love like that in a hurry. Just try to get out and do things to keep your mind occupied. Sometimes all that you can do is wait for it to pass.

Tell her what you told us and tell her you want her back.
When women know how you really feel, it makes them happy.
