I've heard tons of people say that according the Bible, Israel will be in confict until Christ's return (or something along those lines). I was just wondering where the Bible mentions it. Could you give me specific references? Could you also expand on it a little? I'm guessing that this is mentioned somewhere in the book of Revelation.

The bible is nothing more than a novel written by a bunch of dudes. It makes for interesting reading, but possesses no intrinsic magical powers to predict anything.

The bible mentions some pretty nasty stuff happening to us if we sin (especially with idolatry). Perhaps that's why all this bad stuff started happening to us around the time that the christianity formed.
