My black cat and my black + white cat are always in the sun also. It is good for them and gives them a certain vitamin.

Because in ancient Egypt, cats were thought of as gods. The Egyptians also worshiped the sun god, Ra. Cats like the sun because they're kind of like relatives. That, or they just like to be warm.

the same reason i like the sun...because you're soaking up warmth, vitamin D, and it just makes you feel better to have the sun shining on you

All livin' things like sun(almost) and need the sun.
You mustn't be concerned.
If it's to hot for her, it will come inside.
