Go to gym.Start small and add more.You will be ok.Don't take drugs that will kill you.That is not way to live.

I wouldn't recommend drugs either. What you need is slow burn energy provided by things like nuts and seeds. It will last longer and won't give you the sugar rush followed by the real sugar lows.

I find Brazil nuts, sunflower seeds and the like are really good to keep me going. I'm a musician but I also work full time which means a lot of late nights and early mornings. I'm also a vegan and have found that I have higher normal energy levels than most of my meat eating counterparts.

Rule 1: Never listen to a vegan about anything.

Rule 2: Less fat, more protein, longer sleep, better exercise.
