Very, very simply. For "under $100" you can't even buy matching drapery. Count the rooms, note the color of the walls and carpet, then go some place like Wal-Mart, Michael's, or Hobby Lobby and buy one or two simple, inexpensive, and brightly colored plastic pots for each room. Pick the colors for complementary contrast (bright but basic white, black, blue, green, or yellow perhaps). Then go find as many artificial flowers as you can. You want great contrast to the wall, furniture, and floor colors without being garrish (bright orange in a dark blue room is garrish, but white or pink will work). Then, in each room, place at least one, no more than three, of these pots with flowers.

I would invest my money in paint; cause that's the cheapest way to decorate; maybe not the whole wall in the room, but block-paint one wall. Also you can get alot of good stuff at thrift stores for decorating. I don't know how you'll do it all on $100, though...Do one room at a time and experiment with different furniture configurations. OH..sheets make great drapes.

Are you wanting to decorate all those rooms for $100? I suggest watch the shows on cable like Trading Spaces, Sell This House, Design on a Dime. You can get really good ideas there. Also try going to garage sales.

Is it already painted? If so it is probably a shade of white. if not you will have to spend it on paint. If it is then by fabric and make curtains, or go to yard sales, etc and buy old sheets. if you can get white then you can dye them for a couple bucks.

$100.00 isn't very much I suggest you take that hundred and save it when you have some more than you can decorate
