I like that my mother-in-law cleans my house when she baby-sits. I don't like that I can't find anything after she cleans.

I like that she makes awesome apple pies. I don't like that she won't share the recipe.

I like that she cares about us enough to worry. I don't like that she worries to the point of buying carbon monoxide detectors for our house. We don't even have natural gas.

I like that she respects me as a mother. I don't like that she's critical of my husband as a father. She still sees him as a "kid".

I could do this all day... the bottom line is this: My mother-in-law is a great woman. She's crazy, but I love her.

My ex-mother-In-Law, is as evil as her daughter. Giving the appearance of being the hi-tech living in todays world she is the most evil, hillbilly thinking person I know. She has no heart, class, personality, wisdom or charm. She like her daughter is a compulsive liar and a drug addict. The lack of morals and sense of what is good is protected only by money and other members of the family, who consequently have the same basic qualities. They belong to the neanderthal, knuckling dragging, inbred, cave dwelling society that contributes only to themselves and suck all the good things out of people and then toss them aside. Real nice people if you like that sort of thing. All of the adjectives I used are not exaggerated or made up but substantiated by what I have seen. If you need a mother-in-law I would not recommend my ex!! She will make your enemies look like friends.

Well, I like her because she gave birth to my husband and I dislike her because she only shows attention to him and not me or even the both of us when we are together. I think it may be because I cant give her any grandkids from her son. Her daughters are spitten them out right and left. But, never-the-less I love her with all my heart.

Best wishes to you my friend!

she is manipulative and very protective of my husband. she never says anything to me directly, she tells him a complaint and then he gets all pissed off at me because i'm not the perfect daughter in law. she seriously babies him too much and then he expects me to do the same. i put my foot down though. i told him his life is with me and his mother has nothing to do with it.

I love mine, but the one thing that drives me absolutely crazy... everytime she comes to our house, she makes my hubby a list of everything that needs to be fixed in our house, or she'll clean things that I haven't been able to get to. (not that I don't appreciate help, but sometimes, I just don't have time for the nit-picky things)

She is a sweet heart but from far she is to noisy all in every-bodies business and wants to tell you how to live your life.
she holds a grudges and can be very mean and sneaky so I keep my distance.
