Sometimes an extra (blank) page is created that I want to delete--but it WON'T delete, no matter how many times that I try to "Backspace" at the top of the psge.

Up in the tool bar look for a the paragraph symbol. something like a double vision P

click on it once and it will show you the paragraph markings along with spaces typed. the spaces typed will look like a period in the middle of where a character should be.
Most times you have an extra carriage return (paragraph mark) Just highlight it and delete.
These markings won't print but click the "paragraph symbol" again to turn them off.

Start highlighting from where you stopped typing. Highlight to the end and then press delete. That should take care of it.

Yeah! isn't that just stupid.
Usually if i have to print such a document I just enter the page range so I don't have to worry about that page.
Otherwise I just ignore it
