By being confident. Being shy or sheepish, I have been told by men, is a turn off. I have had to work on that myself. :)

bearing in mind this is advice from a gay man lol, wear slinky but not slutty dress, the higher the heel the better your legs will look, no pain no gain,be confident because that's always sexy. less is more for the makeup. don't over-tease the hair. smile laugh and toss the hair, walk past the guy flip the hair and look back over your shoulder and smile works (almost!) every time...........you go get 'em girl!!!!

Older women got lot of experience. The experience send signals to the brain that she is going to be boned so brain send the chemicals down to the puss & other areas to get ready for the encounter. Soon they get ready and she become horny. On the other hand young girl do not realize soon about the happening around her due to lack of experience and reflex take long time to activate her vagina to get ready.
So when she become older she will be sexy!!!
