I have heard that a dog is 7 days coming, 7days in, 7days going out of the heat and how do I know when the bleeding stops or is it the entire heat

To get the maximum benefits of spaying it should be done before the first heat. But it's not to late, Make an appointment to get it done as soon as she's not in heat. You could have it done now but it would cost more. Having her spayed give her health benefits and you won't contribute to the gross pet overpopulation.

That is generally the rule, but keep track of the days and keep her safe from other dogs for at least three weeks because not every dog stays in heat for the same amount of time.... I have known dogs to stay in for a month and a half. Also some never bleed, while others bleed the whole time.

Please get her spayed as soon as she's out of heat, she will be happier and healthier in the long run.

The bleeding is the entire heat. My female just finished hers. It was a long 3 weeks. I tried diapers but that didnt work. I went out and bought underwear and cut a hole for the nub and those worked better. The bleeding will slow at the end of the heat.

when they are almost done with the bleeding part of the cycle they will allow a male to have their way with them. The first heat they mostly just swell up a little with maybe a minimum of bleeding. But if you get her fixed before or right after this she will have less health problems in the long run

Most dogs do not follow and "rule". You will find that out.
Get her spayed. It is better for her, and you in the long run.
