for those wondering, a hurricane recently wiped out most of australias bananas at the major banana growing area. at last check they were a few dollars

If they are sitting around that long they will just go bad, but you can make banna bread I suppose. Is it greedy to have guest over and not feed them?

If you think that bananas are expensive now, wait a few years. There is a world wide banana blight that will wipe out the most popular banana. This "Cavendish" banana is not genetically diverse and so is susceptible. This happened once before when the "Gros Michle" banana was wiped out, (If you are old enough, do you remember the song, "Yes we have no bananas"?) Growers are working hard to find a new variety to sell.

Where i live bananas are the cheapest fruit to buy...share and karma will repay you later and you only be out 25 cents.

Not unless they ask. I don't care how expensive bananas get. If I own some, and someone takes one of mine, that's stealing. If they asked, I'd gladly give them one. But it's not very nice to take one without asking.

LOL good question. When I have someone over I let them eat whatever is in the house, be it even if their a fat ****, I would just hope they would do same for me. But you should never let someone touch your bannana without asking, you could get a disease!!!!!
