why would you even want to lie about someone that isn't even real, you are only trying to impress her if you do , there is no need , just say ï haven't found the right guy just yet ,but when i do ,mmmmmmmmmm he'll be so hot! and just laugh and walk away

Friends really shouldn't have any reason to lie to each other.
Do you know who her boyfriend is? Does he not like you?
Is he jealous and controling? Is your friend gulable and afraid to lose a guy that likes her, so she's going along with things that he "makes" her do? Need more info on your "friend" and her bo
But real friends have no reason to lie to each other or they are not really friends

well you have to look at it like this when a teenage girl gets a boyfriend and her other friends dont have one yet they tend to keep it to theirselves and on the other end while they have a boyfriend they dont want to tell their friends because they dont want there friends to judge their chose of a man because women and girls do, do that yall will talk about a girls man in a sec like girl he a dog, or he ugly, and he a playa and so on so you have to excuse her for that its just her protection instinct. and she is wrong for saying that to you but imma be honest she is telling the truth he has something to offer that you cant because they may be sexually active and a girl will most commonly evade her friends for her man.
