There are a few people you should tell
The police
His mother
His brother
Your parents.
This could have been very serious.
No man has any right to put their hands on you if you choose not to.
Keep in mind that telling someone may cause some rifts in your friendships.
BUT you cannot let this go.
What if he does this to another girl and doesn't stop....
Remember you could have stopped him by telling what he had done to you.

STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND THAT HOUSE!!! Let your boyfriend come to your home if you want to see him or he wants to see you. If you want to see his mom, meet her someplace else.
You say this happened to you "one night". Was it recently so that you have marks on you from this guy biting you. If so take pictures and tell your parents about what happened. Go to the police and report it also (before going, if you really care for your boyfriend and his mom, call and let them know what happened and what you are going to do).
You don't say what this guy was in jail for. We it rape, abduction, messing with kids? He has to be on some kind of probation since being out. He should end up back in jail again now. He deserves to be there. You don't want him going out and doing this to some other girl.
If you are ever in a car with someone and you see they are not taking you to where you are supposed to be going. Get out and get out right away. Doesn't matter where you are, get out. Find a phone (or use your cell phone if you have one) and call the police immediately.
Listen to your "gut" and don't do anything that it is telling you not to do. It's like God is talking to you, so listen to it. It usually will not steer you wrong.
Go talk to your parents about this now. Good luck!

you said yes to hang out with him, you were willing to spend time ALONE with this guy who you knew had just got out of prison. did you ask what put him in prison in the first place?
you allowed him to take control of the vehicle, well after you had lost control of the situation.
you and him are the only people who know what happened on the night in question.
even though you admit being stupid for putting yourself in that position, his behaviour was wrong, while yours was very unsafe and dangerous
learn from it and try not to repeat it, next time you may not be so lucky as to get away without being raped, beaten or murdered.

A swift kick is what you need. Do you realy think the brother is going to understand when you tell him this story.
He's going to ask you one question, Why?
And saying I don't know, I was trying to be nice, just sounds sort of stupid don't you think.
And what you're going to further disrupt this family by accusing the ex-con of harrasment. Which is exactly what that was and he can be charged for it.
Stupid girl.

Yes it was stupid to let him drive. If you were driving, you could have kicked his butt out. Tell the brother that you DO like what happend. Maybe you two can meet without him around. BUT, if the 'bad' brother starts stalking.... run.
You could get the guy into trouble if he has a parole officer.

Simple. Report him to the Police.
If a brother or even a 'trusted friend' were to do something like this it means there is something WRONG with him and that person CANNOT be trusted!
IF you don't report him it will only get worse or VIOLENT!
What was he in prison for? Rape?, beating?, murder?
Maybe he wasn't so violent the first time, but it will get worse!

If you know the guy likes you why you let him take you home? If you know the guy got out of jail why you alone with him? These are questions you should ask yourself before you innocently trust someone to be alone with you especially a convict. You lucky he didn't rape you........But next time don't be naive enough to be alone with any strange guy or someone who hits on you even though you his brother's girl. You gotta think.

Report him to the police. How old are you and how old is he?? If he just got out of prison then he is on probation. You should have contacted the cops that night. That is battery. It will be hard to prove it now. He is a monster and you need to stay away from him.

Call the police and what he did is called assault. If you don't do something about it you have nobody to blame but yourself. I'd do it before the 7 bite marks disappear!
