You figure out how to earn enough money for it. Then you tell them all the hard work you did and tell them that you believe this proves you know how to be responsible. This may work. It would with me.

I dont think there is anyway , that you can convince someone to do anything, including buying you a motorbike.
But if you show, that you are deserving of a motorbike, and can show , that you are sensible, and have a place to ride, and that you would even help pay it off or something might help !!

Get off of your lazy butt, get a job and earn enough money to buy yourself one. Your parents are there to feed you and help you become a responsible adult, not to provide your every wish.

Maybe the reason u dont have one is because you're parents dont want to be scrapin you off the road cause you had a werck.

try and earn there trust , can you handle a mbike , they are dangerous if you aren't careful , I've got a 2004 zx10 over 170hp I've had it to just over 300kph / 200 mph so you near to be careful , i remember when i first got a bike my mum cracked big time (hell she couldn't do anything about it i bought it with my money hahaha) so earn trust show your mum and dad that you can be safe and get a job------- if you get a bike send me a photo

How old are you? you want a mobike but in reality the fact is that mobikes are DANGEROUS and maybe your parents don't want to see you get hurt.....

say that your have made or will be making some applications for some part-time jobs.
it is best that you have a mobile so that it is easier for employers to contact you about your applications
