My brothers wife died about 9 months ago, hes still pretty young. He still has his wifes voice on his answer machine. Will he ever feel like moving forward? He acts happy in public.

yes, there is a right time...and that time is up to him...it has only been 9 months, give him some space, let him grieve and mourn...but, do keep on eye on him, there is a difference between mourning and slipping into depression...research depression and its signs to have a better understanding of what to look for...

He loved his wife, can't blame him for that. I think you have to be the one to understand that his other half has passed away. Imagen if they took away your arms, how long would it go before you were totally okay with. Time will be the best for your brohter. When he is ready he will and not feel bad about doing it.

no there is no right set time, when he feels like he can be in a relationship with out remniscing about her all the time. without comapring between her and others. this will be the right time

when ever he feels comfortable to do it some people it takes years
