This is pretty wierd but it's 100% true....NO matter where I am, what i'm doing, I see the number 304. A few instances:
My fiance was playing football on ps2 and there was a timeout - with 3:04 seconds left;
While I was in florida, we were walking at night and decided to take a picture - the mailbox of the house read 304
No matter when I seem to glance at the clock, it never misses 3:04
People email me at 3:04
When I was at the gym two days ago, after my workout on the bike, the stats read that I averaged 3.04 blah blah blah
People's license plates infront of me read 304 on numerous occasions and there have been several semi whose phone numbers ended in 304
WTF is going on?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Every number has a special significance to those who study astrology and numerology.
The #3 is regarded in almost every religion as a sacred/mystical number. It is the lucky number of those born under the signs of Cancer, Capricorn, Gemini, and Scorpio. The Egyptians worshiped the trinity of father, mother, and child. Druids considered three the number of their unknown, all-powerful god. Buddhists worship Buddha, his word, and his church as three in one. And Christians consider God as a trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
3: The urge for emotional expression and sensitivity. Sensitivity, active, sociable, artistic. Successful. Inspired. Idealistic, the eternal optimist.
Blocked Expression: Fear of rejection, attention seeking, conceit, deceit, depression, over-sensitivity.
Full of enthusiasm, may go overboard. An above average number of opportunities in life eventually offers substantial gains.
Lesson and Purpose: Develope common sense to balance natural optimism.
0: not found in numerology, but the circle often represents the "void". Not Anything-Not Nothing. No Thing. That Which Is Without Attribute. The Clear Light.
The #4 was considered sacred to Horus, the sun god of ancient Egypt, to Baal, the supreme god of the Babylonians, and to the sun itself. For this reason it was considered one of the luckiest numbers. It includes those born under the signs of Aquarius, Gemini, and Virgo.
4: The number of form and matter. Logic, secure, reliable, dependable. Calmly efficient, makes patient progress. May be to reserved; needs to be flexible.
Blocked Expression: Impatient, impracticle, unstable, fixed in ways.
Independent, revels in a life of challenge and uncertainty, meeting each head on. Highly resourceful, but often lacks self-control.
Lesson and purpose: Temper courage with self-dicipline.

It's the chaos theory, given time anything will and does happen.
Play that number in the daily number game in your state. If you win, then I'll really be impressed.

I agree, it is strange. May be nothing, may be a reason behind it. I'd just be open to the revelation of what it's about, but don't drive yourself bonkers trying to figure it out.

O_o I think you're having a nervous breakdown.
If it will ease your mind, go to chapter three, verse four of every book of the bible until you figure out which one this odd number is telling you to read. *Shrug.*

Your subconscious is manifesting them, trying to get your attention for some reason. It may be simply that your subconscious wants you aware of the fact that you can do that.
