To be fair, wo we really know the facts for sure yet, or is this hearsay? Has a court ruled

In any case Jesus said there would be weeds planted along with his wheat

on the other hand Christians are not perfect and can mess up, even King David commit adultery and murder and was a man after God own heart, and God spanked the daylights outta him

In any case, yes it is bad, but no easy wasy to tell if he is a in name only but not genuine Chrisitan or Christian with serious problems needing more repentance
