Does reincarnation takes place in other planets as it does on Earth?

There's no reason why reincarnation would be limited to planet Earth. Some Reincarnationists believe that Earth is actually "hell" and that we reincarnate here until we have acquired enough wisdom and compassion to move on to a higher, more "heavenly" realm.
