The problem is that he doesn't see you as an authority figure. Your mom can yell, and he listens right? You need to get him to pay attention to you. If he's not aggressive, get down in his face, and literally growl "no" to him. Be dominating. If he's not shown any kind of status, or who's at the top of the food chain, he'll continue his behavior. As for the humping of the leg, immediately push him down, and "growl" no. Hold his muzzle while doing that, it might help. Also, try training him with treats. My lab knows the word "cookie", so that's what I call her treats. Males are very stubborn, so you'll have to be patient. While training him, you'll find that his other habits start to go away. Does your pug try to bite him? If so, let him get bit. They'll need to work it out with each other too. Start over with the basics. Sit, Stay, Come, Down, Lay-down, and best of all NO. Praise him when he's behaving. Ask him if he wants a cookie. He'll learn that if he's behaving correctly, he gets a treat. If he's not, the "alpha dog"(that's you) is going to correct his behavior. Good luck.

Buy him a chew toy to keep him busy but also tire him out with a nice long walk or a play session. Keep your dog in another part of the house for some of the day and at night time, just ignore your furry charge instead of giving into his attention-seeking (he's got you wrapped around his paw!).
To tell him off, get a water gun to spray him with when he's being naughty but also say 'ah-ah' very sharply when he's been caught in the act. Pups of that age will want to hump so try getting him a teddy to do his 'boy' things with.

he doesn't respect you. U need to lay down the law with him. Shouldn't take long. Whenever he is doing things you don't want him to do forcefully put him on his side and hold him there until he calms down. When he has calmed show him affection while he sits calmly next to you. You have to be consistent and physical with them to get your point across. By physical I don't mean hitting him of course but lay him down and show him who's boss. That's how they do it in the doggy world

Put him out of his misery by feeding him chocolate every hour for the next 24 hrs. He will do so much diareha that he will dehydrate himself, keel over, and pass away so you won't have to worry about him anymore!

You said he looks for things to chew on. Labs need to have something in their mouths. Get him a big chew toy and/or bone to chew on. It'll occupy him.

I trust regard to the knee component it somewhat works alright in specific situations...I even have taken an empty soda can, placed some money in it and tape the hollow. whilst the canine jumps on you place your knee up and you will drop the can to the floor and the percussion sound will additionally discourage her from leaping. I actual have used this countless cases and it somewhat works. good luck.
