I think that maybe if you think that you need to find a better "you" then that is not necessarily a bad thing - it probably signals that you are unhappy with who you are right now and need a change- change is good - just make it a positive move in a forward direction you will feel better about yourself in................and be crazy - at least you're interesting that way!

Maybe you are sane and everyone else is crazy. What`s wrong with being crazy anyway? Think of Vincent Van Gough! Some of the world`s most creative people were eccentric. It`s a sign of genius! I think that you are just thinking about how to be a better person, that`s a good thing! If everyone though like that, the world would be a better place.

IM not sure what you mean, could you be more specific. Have you been diagnosed with a mental illness and are concerned? Or are medications not working, or do you just think you are crazy and are in some need of emotional support
