It can't hurt you. They're just vitamins. They're good for you! doctors will recommend you take them when you're tryign to get pregnant, when you're pregnanta nd at least 3 months after giving birth.

You just get a larger dose of certain vitamins that are good for pregnant women.

nothing wrong with it at all just like taking any other vitamins....docotors actually recommend that if you are trying to conceive that you begin taking them because folic acid is very important in the first few months of pregnancy

Your hair and nails will grow like CRAZY! But be careful about getting too much of any vitamin.....that's never good for ya, beleive it or not!

I have read somewhere that this is a very good idea, especially the Folic Acid. I imagine that you wouldn't overdose if you aren't taking any other supplements.

Nothing.. you get folic acid so your hair and nails should look good. It doesn't make you any more likely to get preggo or anything like that.

Actually, you should even start taking them when you are TRYING to get pregnant. It can't hurt you at all.
